Wheatlands Foundation is a non profit 501 (c)(3) organization which makes your contribution fully tax deductible. Please consider what your donation can do. We also take "in Kind" donations. We also have several historic projects in our local area that need preservation efforts. We also will take Stewardship in Land preservation and Land Trust developments to help save our local unique history from loss and destruction. only nine years old and the youngest person to enter America at that time
1824 Wheatlands burned down to the ground and was rebuilt by famed Mason William Morgan
Home of the first large Commercial distillery in Tennessee
Occupied by the northern armies during the Civil, 2000 troupes with two artillery units were held at Wheatlands for a field house for winter camp.

and holding their fortunes until 1970 when the plantation was sold from the original family making Wheatlands one of the longest family owned business in America.
